Family Partner Neil Russell answers a caller’s question over concerns he will not be able to see his son, whom he shares with a partner he is now separated from. Neil reiterates that the law which child contact arrangements would normally follow in a divorce or separation, is still in place.
Regarding moving your children between parental homes, Neil states “Children can be, but it doesn’t mean that they must be. If you are well, there is no reason why your child can’t come and stay with you.”
