Seddons is thrilled to announce that Sangeeta Somchand is the firm’s new Head of Commercial Real Estate. Sangeeta is an experienced property solicitor with a tenured reputation in the industry. She specialises in development, commercial property real estate, and ancillary Landlord and Tenant Act work. She acts for a range of property developers around the South East and has wide experience in industrial site acquisitions, infrastructure plot sale work, and landlord and tenant management work including statutory lease renewals.
She has also developed a reputation in residential development plot sale work with a particular specialism in office to residential conversions and mixed user schemes. She deals with all aspects of the transaction from the initial site acquisition, the set-up of the scheme, and the off-plan sales during the development process. Sangeeta also acts for a number of high net worth individuals in the residential market.
