Mohammed is a paralegal in the intellectual property team. With a primary focus on copyright infringement claims, he manages cases from pre and post litigation to settlement, hearings and post judgement matters.
Part of the role involves providing tailored advice to clients throughout the litigation process, assessing the commercial viability and the legal implications of progressing any particular matter.
Mohammed also assists on matters being dealt with by the barrister and senior associate solicitor of the department, including fact finding, research, and document drafting and preparation.
Mohammed studied Law at City University and has prior experience in debt recovery and financial mis-selling litigation.
