Negina is a Construction solicitor with a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sector. She has experience across corporate transactions and real estate finance, building a solid foundation in transactional due diligence and complex construction matters.
Negina advises on a wide range of construction projects including high-rise residential and commercial developments, hospitals, storage facilities, mixed-use schemes and spa complexes. Her work spans the full lifecycle of construction projects and she brings a pragmatic, commercially minded approach to advising clients.
Negina holds a Bachelor of Laws from SOAS University of London. She also completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Social Sciences (MSc) in Commercial Law at the University of Law. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
