Simon is a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Recovery department and a partner in the dispute resolution team. Simon has a wealth of experience in advising creditors, debtors, directors, business owners, lenders and insolvency practitioners in both contentious corporate and individual insolvency matters, prior to the need for legal proceedings arising. Where proceedings become necessary, Simon has acted in disputes at all levels, from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
