Howard Freeman Features in The Sunday Times

Partner and Co-Head of the Residential Real Estate team, Howard Freeman, was featured in The Sunday Times responding to a reader’s question about if a freeholder can deny one’s access to a a balcony.

“The freeholder is under no obligation to treat all the tenants the same way. So if the freeholder does want to demise the balcony outside one flat to that tenant but decides not to demise another balcony outside another flat to another tenant, they are entitled to do so.”
