Seddons GSC is pleased to have advised on the sale of Winkworth Hammersmith to franchise owners Rupal and Ravindra Patel. This acquisition is the second franchise purchase for Rupal and Ravindra, who add the Hammersmith branch to their ownership of Winkworth Shepherd’s Bush, significantly expanding their presence in prime west London.
Corporate Partner Ilan Kotkis and corporate associate Libby Morris advised Rupal and Ravindra on the transaction. As the pair secure their second franchise, they will continue to provide sales, lettings and property management services in the area. Having grown Winkworth Shepherd’s Bush into a market-leading agency, their expansion into Hammersmith is a natural progression and a testament to their vision and dedication.
