Currently David is at the vanguard of litigation arising from deepfakes and the reputational damage created by the publication of these.
Through his high net worth work David has developed a specialism in matters involving freezing injunctions and has obtained freezing injunctions as well as acting for those against whom a freezing order has been made with urgency and sensitivity.
