John Midgley features in Solicitor’s Journal

Property Disputes Partner John Midgley was recently featured in Solicitor’s Journal offering his thoughts on the recent Supreme Court landmark decision which has fundamentally altered the landscape of Right to Manage (RTM) law.

John Midgley, Property Disputes Partner, was quoted in Solicitors Journal on the case of A1 Properties v Tudor Studios, where the Supreme Court rejected the appeal by A1 Properties, the intermediate landlord, which argued that the absence of an RTM claim notice invalidated the transfer of management rights.
