Seddons Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement, John Midgley was delighted to be a member of the judging panel for the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (‘The ERMAs’) for the second year running.
The awards were presented at a gala dinner at the Royal Horseguards Hotel in Whitehall on 6 July 2023.
John was involved in judging the finalists within the categories Barrister of the Year, Chambers of the Year, the Professional of the Year and the Rising Star of the Year – and on the night presented the solicitor of the year award.
John says: ‘I am pleased to have been a judge again for these prestigious awards which showcase the array of work carried out by a variety of practitioners in this specialist area from the most experienced professionals to the new rising stars.’
