Mamta states “If forensic analysis can show that RAAC material would, inside its life span of 30 years, increase the risk of fire or collapse of a building – or it can be shown that RAAC was the cause of a fire and/or collapse – causing a risk to the safety of persons in or about the relevant or high-risk building, and that building was constructed or converted in the last 30 years, it would be covered by the Building Safety Act.”
