Mamta Kudhail Features in The Sunday Times

Mamta Kudhail, Solicitor on the Real Estate Disputes Resolution team, was featured in the Sunday Times answering a reader’s question on boundary disputes between neighbours and what to do if your neighbour complains of tree branches hanging onto their property.

“Your neighbour is entitled to cut back any overhanging branches (being careful not to cause damage to the tree itself) to the point of the boundary, provided that there is no tree preservation order. As the overhanging branches belong to you, your neighbour should either offer to return the branches to you or dispose of them with your consent.”
