Philip Kratz Features in Yahoo!News UK

Philip Kratz, Consultant Solicitor and Head of Planning, discusses privacy rights in the UK in Yahoo!News UK.

Philip Kratz, a Consultant Solicitor and Head of Planning, was quoted in Yahoo!News UK on privacy rights in the UK through the lens of a planning dispute between neighbours over a garden planter in Scotland.

He said the most common disputes ‘which have got any seriousness about them tend to arise from planning applications’ for a structure that has yet to be built. ‘In many ways they are things that haven’t happened yet, but may happen in the future. In my experience this is fear of the unknown.’”
