Yesterday, members of the Seddons team had the opportunity to participate in the Legal COO Network event. Many attending thought leaders from the network shared their knowledge and ideas on a variety of topics including the improvement of productivity and profitability, identifying efficiency killers in law, and engaging the next generation of lawyers.
Chief Operating Officer James Temple and Chief People and Culture Officer Kellie Barton-White were both in attendance with James sharing his expertise during an interactive session which focused on whether employees are spending their time on their “Highest and Best Use” and what they can do about it.
