Catherine joins Seddons with more than 20 years’ experience and is a solicitor and qualified mediator, collaborative lawyer and Resolution First lawyer, specialising in non-confrontational and constructive approaches to resolving family issues. Catherine brings a wealth of expertise across a variety of disciplines covering divorce and separation, financial matters, children matters, non-molestation and harassment matters, pre-nuptial agreements, and dealing with narcissism in the family.
Catherine previously spent 13 years working for Knights plc, leaving as Partner and Head of the Family team in 2013. She subsequently led the Family practice at west end firm Monro Wright & Warborough until the firm’s merger with Bishop and Sewell in 2021 and was most recently Head of Family at Axiom DWFM. Catherine prioritises creative solutions to settle matters where appropriate but will move swiftly to a court application where needed and has developed a client base of HNW individuals and professionals.
