Seddons GSC has announced the expansion of its Commercial Real Estate team with the arrival of Consultant David Seal and Solicitor Emma Clifford.
David and Emma join from London-based law firm Lawrence Stephens, bringing more than 45 years of combined experience to the firm’s comprehensive Real Estate offering. The firm advises commercial and residential clients on everything from portfolio management and investment work to high-value transactions, strategic real estate projects and residential purchases and sales.
David Seal advises on a broad range of property matters, acting for high-net-worth individuals, landlords, developers and property traders. Having qualified in 1982, David became a Partner at Kosky Seal and Co before merging his practice with Lawrence Stephens in 2007, where he worked as a consultant until 2026.
Emma Clifford joins Seddons GSC as a Solicitor specialising in commercial real estate and real estate finance, with a focus on transactional work. She advises her clients on secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters. Emma works with residential, commercial and mixed-use property, and also advises on land acquisitions and development projects. Emma joined Lawrence Stephens as a real estate Paralegal in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023. She became an Associate in July 2025.
