With over 20 years’ experience, Chris represents a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers to high net worth individuals, property developers, investors and commercial lenders on all aspects of residential transactions.
Chris has considerable knowledge of the Central London property market with particular expertise in high-value residential sales and purchase, lease extensions, and development work. He also has extensive experience in dealing with new-build properties including Contract reassignments and sub-sales, which often involve working to tight deadlines.
