With a practice spanning complex, high-value disputes, Daniel acts for a diverse range of clients, including publicly traded companies, property developers, banks and tertiary lenders, corporate entities, and private landlords and tenants. He provides strategic advice and representation in all aspects of real estate litigation including lease disputes and forfeiture proceedings to development-related conflicts injunctions and property finance litigation.

Daniel has extensive experience handling cases before the Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), and the Upper Tribunal. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, including those under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules.
