David Nathan

David is a partner in our corporate department, and advises clients on share sales, business sales, company reorganisations, and shareholder agreements, as well as on company commercial matters such as data protection, franchising, and commercial contracts in general.

In addition, he advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
