As a former management consultant, business owner and strategist, James has over 25 years’ experience delivering operational excellence with a wealth of experience in the legal sector.
As Chief Operating Officer, James works alongside the firm’s Partners to formulate and implement Seddons’ business strategy. Coordinating the Executive Board, James ensures all operational functions of the business are aligned, that services and processes run efficiently, and that the firm’s vision for the future is realised.
James is also responsible for IT strategy and the delivery of technology services across the business. He works to ensure IT investments and implementations are aligned to the strategic goals and ambitions of the firm.
