Libby is a Associate in our Corporate department. She qualified in April 2021, having completed her training contract at Seddons.
Libby advises on a full range of corporate instructions for clients across a range of sectors.
Libby’s recent experience includes assisting on a £23million disposal of a social network, advising on the acquisition of an estate agency franchise, and advising a French listed company as to the legal requirements for a UK online retail facility.
Libby also provides general corporate advice for small to medium sized companies, extending from commercial contracts to shareholder arrangements and corporate governance issues.
