Background & Biography

Matthew specialises in complex commercial property transactions, such as agreements for lease (including for development sites) and leases, sales and acquisitions, and refinancing, relating to a wide range of property and whether for the buyer or seller, landlord or tenant. Matthew acts for a range of clients from general commercial entities and overseas investors to fast food and beverage franchise holders and hotel portfolio operators.

Matthew also has substantial experience in property-based banking and secured lending matters acting on behalf of major, established banks.

Matthew enjoys the variety and challenge of his work, finding satisfaction in helping clients achieve their property goals.
