Philip Kratz

Philip, Consultant Solicitor, Head of Planning and Chair of the Law Society’s Planning and Environmental Law Committee, specialises in all aspects of planning and development law, guiding clients through the complexities of the planning system. His expertise includes planning applications, appeals, enforcement notices, listed building matters, Section 106 agreements, highways agreements, rights of way, and compulsory purchases.

Before private practice, Philip worked in local government, rising to chief officer overseeing all operational services.
