Background & Biography

Rob qualified as a solicitor in 2013, joined Seddons in 2016 as an Assistant Solicitor, and became a Partner in the Real Estate Finance team in 2022. His areas of expertise include extensive property, mortgage and banking knowledge. Rob acts for a wide variety of bridging and development lenders, and has a proactive and efficient approach to issues.

Acting on the recent completion of a £5.29 million development exit loan by Octane Capital. The case was finalized in less than three weeks on a mixed-use development in Bermondsey, London.
Acting on a bridging facility of £1m on a transaction involving residential, commercial and mixed-use units, as well as the granting of business leases.

Acting on a development facility of £1.85m for development of 16 flats.
