Matthew joined Seddons in 2023 and is a Partner in the Real Estate Finance team. He is engaged by a number of bridging finance institutions and development finance providers.
Matthew is said to be available day and night and has been described as a “credit to the industry”. A lender client has highlighted that Matthew made every case he worked on with them feel like it was the only one he was dealing with. His dedication has resulted in a number of cases being completed within days, which has been greatly appreciated by the industry.
