Ran specialises in commercial property transactions and secured lending, with expertise in acquisitions, financing, property management, and disposals. Her Chinese heritage and English legal qualifications give her overseas investor clients a unique perspective on UK real estate.

Qualifications & Experience
Ran studied law at the University of Kent before completing her LPC and LL.M in London. Within five years post-qualification at a Legal500 firm, she progressed from Associate to Senior Associate.
Fluent in Mandarin, she is a member of the UK Society of Chinese Lawyers. Outside of work, she is a certified yoga teacher and previously mentored a child through Chance UK.
