She acts for a range of property developers around the South East and has wide experience in industrial site acquisitions, infrastructure plot sale work and landlord and tenant management work including statutory lease renewals.
She has developed a reputation in residential development plot sale work with a particular specialism in office to residential conversions and mixed user schemes. She deals with all aspects of the transaction from the initial site acquisition, the set-up of the scheme and the off plan sales during the development process.
Sangeeta has a very loyal following of clients in the residential sector and has substantial experience in undertaking domestic conveyancing which very much compliments her vast commercial property and landlord and tenant work.
