Bhumika works within the Commercial Real Estate department. She advises both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property and real estate finance. She also undertakes residential real estate work for her commercial clients, providing a comprehensive, one stop real estate legal service.
Her primary aim is to support her clients in realising value from their real estate assets. She works with corporates, private clients and trusts to build and manage property investment portfolios.
