James is a Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Team. He undertakes work for a broad range of clients including developers, property companies, private individuals and investors with substantial portfolios. James advises on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial and mixed use property assets, landlord and tenant matters, commercial developments and property finance.
Prior to qualifying, James was a Trainee Solicitor at Seddons and completed seats in our Corporate, Dispute Resolution and Residential Real Estate teams.
James read Law at the University of Westminster, graduating with a First Class Degree. He then completed the LPC, obtaining a Distinction.
