Kellie has twenty years of experience working in Human Resources in a large variety of industries from initially being in Manufacturing, Logistics and Insurance in Australia and New Zealand to professional services in the UK. In addition, Kellie has worked with a number of law firms including Herbert Smith Freehills, DLA Piper and, most recently, Bates Wells where she has been the Head of HR. Kellie is also a qualified business coach and workplace mediator.
Kellie is part of the senior management team entrusted with developing and implementing the People component of the firm’s strategy.
