Ginevra is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Finance department and acts for variety of lenders on short-term lending and development finance for commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.
Since qualifying in 2022, she has been working on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers on refinances and short term loans.
Her approach centres on building strong relationships by working closely with clients in order to manage their expectations and achieving their goals.
