Jacqui is an Associate with the Real Estates Disputes team specialising in real estate disputes, commercial lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), landlord and tenants disputes and breaches of lease covenants.
Jacqui acts for landlords, tenants, lenders and those with an interest in property such as developers, investors or those with a beneficial interest in property.
Her experience extends from the High Court through to the County Court and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). As well as her court practice, Jacqui has extensive experience in advising clients on their rights and obligations in respect of property matters.
